AMD is a distributor of parts. They MIGHT manufacture some of what they sell, but as far as I know they sell many of the same parts as other distributors. Some parts may be made in the USA, some are made over seas. I don't see any claims made by them that say all of thier parts are made in the USA or that they are the actual maker of those parts.
I am not bashing them at all. I hear good things about what they sell and I will be using parts from them on my own car.
