I start with the front of the tub and work it back from there. I use small pry bars to work it back. Also you can mesure the opening and mesure the tub to how much more you have to go.

I agree... got the pass side in today... pretty happy with the fit... from the Bottom it was all the way... for future reference for anyone who might be doing this, put the front in from the bottom and basically roll it in front to back. if you do it right, it will be real tight and you will have to grind away little bits of metal an then it will pop right in...
