Ditto. Keep the GTO. Pick up a project when it can be left in the garage and built as time and funds allow. Don't get "emotional" over the car. By that I mean look at reality and not "what could be". If you have to give up your nice, fast easy driving, reliable, comfortable, good mileage getting daily driver for a gas sucking, rattle trap, out dated, unreliable, uncomfortable money pit........ I just dont see the value. It seems like a comprimise all the way on your end. Keep the goat.
