Hey Joe - I think that'd be tough for most to measure (jackstand class, ha ha) without some measuring equipment, i.e. Racepack or skidpad timing. Also, there is a difference between a long road course sweeper, peak G's and a skidpad number. Most magazine numbers I've seen use the skidpad as a constant measuring stick. Your build should pull some serious numbers, but chasis type can make a huge difference from one car to the next - i.e. comparing a muscle car to a ZR1 to an Ariel Atom...
I think about this question as it relates to oiling. Seems extended 1.2Gs can kill a motor without a stage 3 dry sump system. Looking forward to other's answers!
