Okay I found out the rear calipers are mixed up. The staggered style requires two right hand calipers. However the parking brake mechanism has to be flipped inside the piston screw plate. I sent them out to fixed. I also got a killer deal on a new matched m/c booster and disc brake prop valve for a 68.
