A coupled T/A of less than 40" or so just begs for intense brake-hop. I'd also like to see the actual numbers for A/S as I am sure based on how the design was executed that they were not measured for or set during installation. I won't even get into the 20" J-bar...what the hell is that doing on a street car? This was very obviously a design put in place by someone who understands very little if anything about suspension design and should be stored as a classic example that just because you can do something (weld in this case) doesn't mean you should.
