Could just be sagging springs.
My Nova sat an inch lower on the driver's side when I bought it. My dad told me to put some spacer type things between the coils to level it out, but they made the car ride like crap. Once I put new springs in it, it sat perfectly straight.
But to answer your question, yes, 4 links still use the rear frame on Camaros. They don't use as much as the leaf springs since the leafs have the second mount at the rear, but they still use the area where the front spring perch mounts, and then the area behind the axle for a panhard bar.
