Tom, I also was bummed to see this for sale ad. Hopefully you find a way to keep it. It's been a long process for you and fun to watch. Impressive work for doing it all in your garage by yourself. And I am glad it's not a 1st gen Camaro. Those are getting lame.
The price seems very nice for everything someone would get. And it is drivable now and a buyer could finish the aesthetics as they saw fit.
