I also forgot to weld on my DSE Tabs to the Frame
If I was in your shoes, I would unbolt the Frame and lift the body at least 6-8 inches. Support the car by the rockers with 2 jackstands on each corner and place a 2x6 metal plate with a Soft Towel....Make sure you support the subframe at the rear.Use plenty of painters tape to mask the Frame rails,sand down the the area your going to weld the tabs and weld them in place....Belive it or not Brake Caliper paint holds up real nice and it has that powdercoat finish.
