You have it backwards.

The spring rate is fixed and the weight of the car is fixed.

Since F=kX x is always the same.

F is the weight
k is the spring rate
x is the compressed spring length at that weight.

The only way to lower your car is to get a shorter spring, a softer spring rate or lowering your nut that holds the bottom of the spring.
