I have a CTS-V reservoir for the intercooler system..... I am guessing it should be kept up high at the intercooler core level?

Also, where have you been sending the overflow....back to the rad overflow?

One last question....... I noticed on the Red Devil it looks like you may have epoxied in AN fittings to the stock plastic reservoir... is this what you did? If so, did you use the stock bosch pump with plastic nipples too, or did you have it converted to AN or use a different pump?

thanks alot guys! Anything helps.....
I used a CTS-V reservoir as the fill point for the system. The overflow I send to the ground but I epoxied the cap to make it non-venting. The trick to the whole deal is use a Snap-On evacuation and fill attachment to fill the system.

This deal allows you to pull a vacuum on the system then fill it. It works great. I also made the CTS-V cap the high point on my system top allow me to top it off.

I'm running all stock type rubber hoses for the system. I did cap off one end of the CTS-V reservoir just for packaging reasons.
