Well if it was me
I would use Sikkens Primer PO and Rally Black both in a spray can. You need to make sure it is CLEAN (clean with a Cali approved raw plastic cleaner) that is the most important thing Ron, scuff with a red or gray scuff pad, then spray on a nice even coat of Primer PO then you should use a wet on wet sealer and..... You know what send me the intake and i will do it and send it back to you!! Or I can send you the spray cans and some more details either way no charge!!!
