Good examples go for between 40 - 150k. I'd say if you're already in the market at 75k you have a good reference point. Depending on what you want you can move up or down from there. As Rybar mentioned, there's a lot of good deals out there right now and the market is soft. I personally would not jump into a 75k deal unless I knew exactly what I was getting (i.e. inspected or very familair w the car or builder).
