But built to AI/AIX rules. I'd really like to run AIX but I need a ton of work as a driver and a ton of $$$ for an engine. Besides those 2
minor (hehe) details I think it could be very competitive.
As it is now it weighs 2830 lbs dry (no fuel). I still have fully intact doors, bumpers, lights etc since I drive it on the street. I'm swapping in an aluminum 5.3L engine this winter to get me into the LSX game, along with a light weight 7.25" clutch. That should get me in the mid 2700 lb range.
