I'd save my money and take my time and buy the stuff I really wanted instead of rushing and buying cheaper parts in order to get it running. And doing that is exactly why I'm rebuilding the car now, because I was never happy with it. If I would have been more patient and took more time instead of the "hurry up and finish it now" build I would have saved myself probably about $15k. But hey, it was my first car and I was dumb. I'm now a hell of alot more knowledgeable and will build my C10 with better experience.
