Sorry, I've had orders from Finland. Canada and Australia. I'm not set up to ship international. I do know it will cost more to ship out of the continental USA and every time I've tried to ship international it has been very expensive and a hassle.
The book is also sold through
http://sdparts.com/ (Scogging Dickey) and
www.DSE.com (Detroit Speed). I think either of those sources can handle international shipments.
