My wife was down in Portland where my brother in law (best friend for 42 some years) has a nice warehouse... and where I had stashed TWO '69 Camaro Convertibles.
She comes home on Sunday and there's some guys in the shop - she walks through and very casually says "so.... just how many cars do you own....?" and just keeps on walking. She wasn't looking for an answer - it was just a statement that she "knew" now that there was more than meets the eye. We never discussed it - and she never asked anything more about it. I don't ask her how many pairs of shoes she has either. It's just a taboo. That and I don't really GAF.
