Yeah Wayne -- you want to be sure to filter BEFORE the pump to protect the pump and AFTER so you don't shove stuff into the injectors.
Remember that the LOWER THE NUMBER the bigger the particles so a 10 is course and the 100 is fine!
Micron filters are a measurement of how many openings per INCH there are - so there's 10 openings per inch in a 10 micron - and 100 openings per inch in 100 --- so obviously much finer (smaller) openings.
