Default Eastwood has some good products

I've used a bunch of POR15 variants, and a bunch of Eastwood's products to neutralize rust.
I think the POR15 is good if it's all bare metal/rust and you prep it correctly. When I used it, I had a few parts that bubbled up a little. It may have been my surface prep, or that I painted over some previous paint in parts. Also, it's expensive and I couldn't find any deals when I went to buy it.
Eastwood Rust Converter and Rust Encapsulator are my favorite as of now. The encapsulator covers well and acts a lot like normal paint. They're cheaper starting off, and they have killer deals all the time on thier products. Right now it's free shipping.

I then went with some e-dead brush-on deadener to insulate and deaden the sound.

Good luck.
