They came highly recommended and I had my wife send her resume through the service. She had been out of work 8 or so months and we had worked a lot on her resume and it was far better than the ones I typically see when hiring.

You basically go back and forth getting revisions/questions until you're happy. My wife ended up sending an early copy of the ones they were working on and got an interview and the job.
