Having done the computer security thing for a while and been both victor and victim, I have to say, get used to it. Anything that contains overly personal information needs to be well protected. Online banking, PayPal, and accounts with purchasing power, as well as your email should have GOOD passwords on them. No real words, phrases, or acronyms should be used. I found the most effective passwords came from CD-Keys/Product keys. They are usually a somewhat random combination of numbers and letters and are written down somewhere safe that no one really suspects.

NEVER use your phone for any of the above accounts too. Not even txt banking. Anything. Period.
