I get phone calls weekly from Australian customers. Hell, we built a car for a guy out there and shipped it for him.
I wouldn't say we don't give international orders the same kind of attention...
For example, I had PM'd Gavin that his wheels were ready and shipping from Forgeline. I took the time to PM him... Proactively telling him that they were in shipping from Forgeline.

and I can understand since he has waited so long, with first the Fikse order, and then switching to Forgeline, but at some point, I can only do so much and I think by PM'ing him without prompting was the right thing to do...
Long story short, your wheels are done, we have proven confirmation of that. And as soon as they show up here on our dock, believe me, you'll be the first one to know about it.
