I'm not trying to rain on your parade but whatever "cost" you think it will take to finish the restoration, your budget Better be double. Speaking from experience, If you pay someone to do the work, the Labor is the budget killer. If you do not have the skills to finish the project, save your money and pay someone to due it Right, the first time. As everyone knows, these restorations rarely go as "planned." Always have extra in the budget to plan for these things so you don not have to cut corners
