The cage is meant to add rigidity to the car while remaining easy to get in and out of. Because of the minimalistic style of the cage I decided to beef it up underneath. With the cage going through the rockers to underbody bars that tie in the cage from front to back and tie into the rockers at 3 points. We also utilized DSE subframe connectors, but once again I felt the need to modify them a little. Since this front subframe was not going to be a bolt in style any longer, I felt the mounting could be improved upon.
