Thankfully we received all of the items we ever purchased from them. We made 4 large purchases from them in 2010. Each delivery seemed to progressively take longer than what he quoted at time of ordering. (weeks turned into months) I started seeing all of the disgruntled threads pop up after we received our last order. It turns my stomach to think about this crap. At least we got our stuff. Just lucky I guess...
