Yep ... I got the IR Super Duty 3102 with the oiler/grease tool, I oil and grease every time before I use it. My craftsman has the same grease fitting on the 90* but no one ever told me about the greasing the head - I even read the instructions
Oh well, I'll return it to Sears.
