Hi Brett. I took a stock automatic plate(about $40), cut out most of the inside and removed the 'wood' faux finish so I was left with just the chrome border and a little extra material along the inside to create a 'ledge'. I then cut a piece of sheet metal to fit the center section, cut a hole in the sheet metal piece to accept the plastic B&M part and leather boot(those 2 parts came with the shifter) and allowed enough room for the shifter to travel. I then painted the metal insert to match my forward plate and dash color and epoxied that to the chrome trim ring. The plastic part just pops into the sheet metal insert with some tabs and I added a little epoxy to secure it better. Creating one isn't too difficult if you have your shifter bolted in the right location and you account for full shifter travel.
