You can build these for about $25. We use them all the time as do many other builders. (this is not my photo... just grabbed one online for a quick reference).
Raptor liner is great. We use it all the time but if you are doing it in your home garage make sure you have plenty of air circulation. That stuff will burn your eyes out.
