Guys, but what about the hoops? I'm 99% sold on the tinted clear, but it's the hoops I'm indecisive about. Like I said, the polished hoops will look like crap in a years time. I know I can have them high polished with a machine by a shop to return the new luster to them, but that's too much trouble. I also, know I can "so call" do the polishing myself, but again, that's too much trouble and definately too much arm/hand work and then it still won't be that shiny. Chrome is a low maintenance deal. Soap them up, rinse them off and there you have it. Plus, if I keep the bumpers chrome, there has to be a little bit of chrome somewhere else. Wouldn't y'all agree? And the thing with the chrome bumpers is, as I pictured earlier in my thread...I found front and rear NOS bumpers which I spent alot of money on and may need to remain chrome by me leaving them alone. Wouldn't y'all further agree? It's funny to me how guys rant and rave and make fun of chrome hoops on wheels and they have two big ole front and rear chrome bumpers and chrome trim pieces themselves on a car that's supposed to be totally blacked out.
