I know some of the new stuff also uses/runs thru the body control module - so that might be an issue too. Also wonder what some of the new hybrids have installed...

Oh c'mon, you have room. Put it in the back. There is a large piece of real estate opened up with the absence of the original hamster on a wheel! You could always cut it he other direction and pull! Maybe that way I might actually fit in it to get a ride too! Good luck buddy!
