Thank you very much for the novel.
You clarified a couple things. I definitely need to be able to separate the bell hosing from the tranny. I want to use something like a Lakewood Scatter shield or similar. I should probably call Nelson racing and see what they use since all they build is motors with crazy horse power. Its people like you that make these forums worth while from the info you provide. Thanks again.

The bellhousing is non divorceable (means it doesn't come off). There's a company who is doing "divorce kits" for them for around $500 I think, can't remember who it is but there's alot of threads about it on ls1 tech. If you are running anything but an LS motor this will be an issue. They also don't have convetional yoke, it's setup for a flange/hub thingy rather than a U-Joint, but this can also be remedied for a $$$. I'm trying to give as much unbiased info as I can. I looked into both sides, T-56 & Tr606, b/c I had an option to buy a 6060 really cheap ~$1200 complete. But in the end the T-56 was the best choice for me. The T-56 Magnum was a better tranny but at x2 the cost I couldn't justify it, with already being over budget and quickly runnin out of funds. Still don't know how I'm gonna do my headwork .

Sorry for the novel, hope this helps.
