I think you need a big cubic inch small block but with some piston in it so you're not scuffing the cylinder walls and you have some oil control. So maybe a raised deck SBC with your other top secret stuff you told me about.
Big inches is big torque and trust me when I tell you I have a SBC that revs faster than you can catch it! They just have to be built right.
