If you're keeping the stock buckets, the best foams are made by American Cushion Industries, roughly $90/seat and will provide the best foundation for stock style or improved custom covers. Results aren't as nice with any others.
My upholster, Shawn Katt, could likely help you determine glue quantities, topper foams to do the rear seats, burlap to tie the spring cages, etc.......
