I just walked out there and checked, looks like I was on the low side at 10cfm (I use the old tube and ball type reg, it's what came on the machine) and my postflow is set at 9. I really think it's just more, more practice, if I ever hit that sweet spot, my confidence will shoot up and I'll have it.
I've been making some really artistic scrap sculptures in the process though
