This. We had issues all the time with the pans we designed not being made to our spec. When it was bought up they were totally rude and didn't want to lift a finger to correct their mistakes. We took all manufacturing and welding in house after about 4 months of dealing with Champ. I'd look else where for your needs if you want a quality item.
