Thanks man...the looped hose is simply to continue the coolant flow. In case you haven't heard, if you just block them off like the old SBCs then you don't get the proper coolant flow in the engine and go
Yea I know...not sure what the heck happened there honestly. I have pulled that thing on and off about four million times so I'm pretty sure at some point I forgot to put a gasket in there...or perhaps I reused the one I had too many times...to be honest with you I can't even remember if there was one there...lol
