check craigslist, if you locate a vast majority of your tools in one location and let the local police/ sheriff know, they may be able to go forward and make an arrest even without identifying marks (example: pinging their cell phone to your shops location or fingerprints from the scene)
You will have to do the initial legwork, but hopefully the proper authorities can take over.
