Accessed the trans and Blackjack shifter to inspect the leakage this morning. It appears the factory Tremec seal I was instructed to cut and fit has enlarged and deformed from when it was originally fit causing it to pucker at two sides.

My guess is without a properly engineered seal it appears it will continue to be an issue.
