I use Embee Performance Coatings in Santa Ana, CA. I am having the pullies black hard coated. It was a pain since we had to strip all the pullies (of old coatings) then bead blast all the surfaces so they are uniform. If you don't do this the look on each pulley will be different since they will take the dye differently depending on the surface texture. Sometimes I think I should have just powder painted them.. lol

John Parsons had this same problem.. it's hard to get a uniform annodizing color across a spectrum of parts.
