They own the Carrillo brand. My take on Pankl is American V8's are childs play for their engineering. KTM has a stake in the company and uses their rods and pistons in some very high-stressed high reving single cylinder 4-strokes. |
The dog pile is what I have come to expect.
I have seen some of the Pankl stuff -- def looks up the task. Talked to Mike again today and he said it's my call on the rods... so I in the meantime I am looking for some 6 inchers with the 2.0" rod journal (said Honda was a little too small here - would prefer 2.0" for this setup). Will be on the lookout.
