Thanks, I hadn't thought of something like that! definatly worth a try.
I gave up on hiring high school kids, (boy, what I would have done for an opportunity to work in a hot rod shop when I was their age) Their lack of motivation and addiction to texting was pretty depressing actually. I'm over twice their age and 25 lbs overweight but I would run circles around them. - but that subject can be a whole new thread!
