He is not the fastest guy on the planet, but he probably has the best attitude or anybody in the shop.
I have had him scrapping old Dynamat out from the floor of a car we are supposed to mini tub in today. He came in with a smile ready to get that old Dynamat out of the car.

I gave up on hiring high school kids, (boy, what I would have done for an opportunity to work in a hot rod shop when I was their age) Their lack of motivation and addiction to texting was pretty depressing actually. I'm over twice their age and 25 lbs overweight but I would run circles around them.
