I've seen a few builds of cars that had the GTO seats and it takes a mods to get them to sit right. I seem to recall there was a comment that one of the motors for the seat hangs kinda low and either the floor pan need to be modified under the eats or the motor needs to be removed. There are a few threads on Protouring that deal with this mod, search around.
Fred Bartoli of Altronics used them and in the Camaro Performers didn't mention any mods that needed to occur to use that seat in his car.

I thought about it, but I was able to get a whole 4th gen and I am using those seats instead.
