I just picked up a '66 Nova roller myself and plan on beginning a pro-tour project also. I've learned a lot from these sites in the last few months along with talking to various people and builders. As far as abig block that may be tough depending on what type of supercharger you want to put on it. Also, it depends on if you're going to put a cowl on your hood or not. I'm probably going to go with a supercharged LS2 or LS1 setup and push the engine as far back in the bay as I can for better weight distribution. I'm also going to try and do a full rail setup so that I don't have some of the packaging issues that these kind of cars have. PM if you have any questions. I'd be more than happy to give my .02!
