It was the start/stop. I walked up some stairs off the side of that main building there and watched for awhile.

You have 2 options when you mount cam upside down (only way I've ever mounted mine).
1 -- If you are on the original firmware, you just have to edit the "rotation" in your video editer (I use MPEG Streamclip -- one of the recommended editors on their Support website page) and switch it to Flip.
2 -- Upgrade your firmware (also available at their Support webpage) and that allows you to select the upside down setting right on the camera. That upgrade also has the much needed One Touch feature. Now I find the GoPro is a lot easier to work with while you are geared up in your car.
