Ive been along time fan of g machine cars and the style of them but just never had a vehicle that would qualify as such. most were old chevy trucks. but I know have a 1969 mercury comet s door hardtop that will be a very good base for a project like this, or so I believe. It wont be as powerful or as fast as most of the rides on here but shell be mine. I hope you all like it and I hope to learn a lot from everyone here. OK on with the pics.
She has a lot of issues from the previous owner. like heated front springs for one. it has the original 250 I6 with the c4 trans, still not sure of rear axle. I'm thinking either a 302/347 or boosting the 250 after some much needed love. the suspension is pretty much shot so that will be the first thing to be remade. I did add the black stripes onto it to make it my own. thanks for looking.
