No it's camera only. Greg's Roam has a built in GPS but only he can tell you if it logs fast enough for car data collection.
Short of a higher end data collector like traqmate or VBox which do like 10Hz or 20Hz+ acquisition, the best I have come up with is to use my Ipod/Iphone and
Emprum Ultimate GPS, which is an accessory that plugs into the port and takes the acquisition rate from 1Hz to 5Hz. The App to use is
Harry's Laptimer which has all the tracks built in.
I haven't had a track day to test all this, but I think it's the most affordable way to get full video & data logging.
Camera (Contour or GoPro or other)
+Iphone/Ipod touch (iphones and newer ipods can take their own video so you won't need a separate camera. Chad does this but I don't know if he has an external receiver?).
+Emprum Receiver

So it's a lot of stuff to piecemeal together... I know Asif does data overlays all the time, do you remember what he has?
