I will pay what I think the car is worth. By project, I mean it can be a complete unrestored car to a (black)painted car with no drivetrain or no interior. I am really open just do not want a rust bucket or a car that has been painted and when I go to minitub we find rust everywhere and have to waste money redoing what someone hid just to sell a car
