I had the same issue with mine when I got it. I had half of the correct spacers, sleeves and hardware with the kit. Not sure what happened, but I sourced matching parts at a local hardware store and handled it myself.
I ran the QA-1's for a summer and found them too harsh. I swapped them out for Ridetech remote resevoir coilovers and they have made the car much more enjoyable to drive. The Ridetech parts came with new hardware and they slid on like butter.
