As far as testing goes, the design and 80% of the parts are identical to the First Gen/Nova parts and design. the only real differance it the front X members, so yes we have tested it in my Nova.
What "motion" are you refering to?

The design allows 345 tires on the rear with no modifications other than mini tubing.

We chose the torque arm for the following reasons. Ease of instalation and set up. NO FLOOR cutting or modifications required. There were/are so many 4 links available we wanted to do something of a different design. Our design allows for lots of exhaust room. 3" over the axle is no problem. There is one bracket that needs to be welded between the frame rails. thats it! if you purchase the rear housing it comes with all the brackets welded on as well. it is Very compliant on the street as well as the auto x and road course, to be honest the only adjustment we have ever made is to the shock damping from street, autoX, road course.
Our testing and the results from the events we have been to confirm both that it works VERY WELL and is as fast or faster than ANY of the competitions parts.
