The aftermarket 1/4s seem to have a problems with the door gaps. I hang my doors to the old panles before I cut them off so I know I have door gaps. Can you slide the door forward to get some gap? But you will have to grind and weld the gap to make a nice gap. Take your time its worth the time spent.
